To make a reservation at helloBCN Hostel:

1. You can use our secure online reservation system. Just HERE .
2. You can call us to enquire about availability, and if we have beds available for the dates requested we will get you to fill out this simple form.
3. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@hellobcnhostel.com (You will need to advise your credit card details).

In order to confirm the reservation we will charge the first night to your credit card (to avoid problems of fraudulent or stolen credit cards).  We will then send you an email confirming your reservation!!

IMPORTANT:

1. Your reservation is not confirmed until we have received your personal details and the first night of the reservation has been charged..
2. Cancellations and changes to reservations must be advised by email, 24 hours prior to your arrival (before midday of the day preceding your arrival).
3. We do not accept responsibility for wrong information being provided.

For group reservations: (minimum 10 people) send an email to groups@hellobcnhostel.com including the following information:

1. Number of people
2. Nationality
3. Reason for trip (eg. Sport / culture…)
4. Age range of group
5. Arrival date
6. Departure date
7. Number of nights
