Barcelona is a very popular destination for backpackers and travellers alike, especially during the summer months.  And as a result Barcelona hostels fill up very quickly.  We highly recommend that you reserve your bed at HelloBCN Hostel in advance so as not to be disappointed on arrival.
Reservations of 10 people or more are considered group reservations.  Please see below for making availability request for groups.
To make your reservation at HelloBCN Hostel:

1. You can make a confirmed reservation using our secure online reservation system. Just enter the dates you want to stay with us:
2. If there is no online availability for the dates requested you can call us.  If we still have beds available for the dates requested we will get you to fill out this simple hostel booking form.
3. Alternatively, you can enquire about availability by filling out this hostel enquiry form.We will advise you of availability.  To make a confirmed reservation you would need to provide us with your credit card details. 

In order to confirm the reservation at HelloBCN Hostel in Barcelona we will charge the first night of your stay to your credit card (to avoid problems of fraudulent or stolen credit cards).  We will then send you an email confirming your reservation!!
IMPORTANT:

1. Your reservation is not confirmed until we have received your personal details and the first night of the reservation has been charged.
2. Cancellations and changes to reservations must be advised by email, 24 hours prior to your arrival (before midday of the day preceding your arrival).
3. We do not accept responsibility for wrong information being provided.

Groups coming to Bareclona
In order to make a group reservation (minimum 10 people) in HelloBCN Hostel you should send an email to groups@hellobcnhostel.com including the following information:

1. Number of people
2. Nationality
3. Reason for trip (eg. Sport / culture…)
4. Age range of group
5. Arrival date
6. Departure date
7. Number of nights

We will respond to your email as soon as possible with prices and availability.
