Manufacturing laboratory at the Design Hub
This new technology has revolutionised the world of 3D production and opened up new horizons for 21st-century design professionals.
This new technological paradigm affects all stages of the production process: from conception to realisation, from distribution to consumption; and it opens the door to a utopia of participation, personalisation and uniqueness.
The manufacturing laboratory hopes to make itself heard in these transformations through the following platforms: an exhibition to introduce addition manufacturing systems; short-format workshops aimed at professionals and non-professionals alike; a forum for debates and talks; and another for showcasing innovative work on emerging processes and practices and their application within the realm of digital manufacturing.
